The best place to begin is a short enquiry. It tells us where you are in your treatment and what you would like help with. Dr Chetna Patel reviews every enquiry and we will reply to let you know whether an assessment is an appropriate next step.

The enquiry takes around three to five minutes. There is no payment at this stage. Our initial assessment lasts 50 minutes and includes a written plan.

If you already have an appointment and have been invited to complete your full questionnaire, we will send you a secure access link.
