Pricing: doctor-led wraparound care around your weight-loss medication
This is not the cost of the medication. It is the cost of the clinical care around it: a named doctor, diagnostic blood tests, and a plan that protects your muscle and helps keep the weight off. It is the support NICE recommends alongside the medication, rather than instead of it. The fees are staged, and you can cancel at any time.

You are likely already spending £1,500–3,000 a year on the medication itself. Without appropriate support, much of that expenditure is at risk: muscle can be lost, and up to two-thirds of the weight can return within a year of stopping if nothing is in place. The purpose of this programme is to protect the investment you are already making.
One programme, paid in stages
There is no large upfront sum, and you can cancel at any time.
Prepare
Your in-depth first consultation with Dr Patel, baseline blood tests, a body-composition check, and a personalised plan.
Support
A monthly check-in with your doctor, plus practical help with nutrition, muscle-protecting movement, side effects and sleep. Your six-month review, including repeat blood tests, is included.

What is not included, and why
The medication itself. We are a wraparound care service, not a pharmacy, and we do not prescribe. You obtain your prescription from your NHS GP or a regulated pharmacy, and we provide the doctor-led support around it. This keeps our advice independent, because our focus is your health rather than the sale of a medication.
No lock-in; cancel at any time
There are no long contracts. You start with the one-off Prepare fee, then pay monthly, and you can cancel at any time.
How payment works
A one-off £295 to begin (Prepare), then £179 a month while you are in Support, reducing to £79 a month in Maintain. There is no large upfront sum. If you would like to talk it through first, say so in your enquiry and we will respond before anything is booked or paid for.
